- 1/2 tbsp Butter: This gives the chocolate a smoother texture and a shiny finish. It also lowers the melting point and adds fat, which helps the chocolate from becoming lumpy.

Mango Dipped Chocolate Sticks Instructions
Peel a large mango. Slice two large pieces; one on each side of the seed.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in short intervals—around 20 seconds, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Dip each mango slice into the melted chocolate.

Insert a stick into each mango slice for easy handling.
Place the chocolate-coated mango sticks on the prepared baking pan.

Freeze until the chocolate shell is firm and hardened.

How to Pick Ripe Mangoes?
- Gently press the mango; if it gives slightly, it’s ripe. If it’s too firm, it’s not ready yet.
- A sweet smell near the stem is another sign of ripeness. If there’s no sweet aroma, the mango likely isn’t ripe yet.
- Avoid mangoes that are overly wrinkled or have dark spots, as these are signs of overripeness.
