Ingredients:

Salmon
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Rice Noodles
Carrots (I used leftover pickled carrots and daikon)
Cucumbers
1/3 cup peanut butter
1–2 tbsp honey
Start by adding 4 tbsp of warm water, then continue adding until the desired consistency is reached.
Sriracha
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar

Vietnamese Smashed Tortillas These smashed tortil

Vietnamese Smashed Tortillas

These smashed tortillas are inspired by Vietnamese flavors. Incorporating @chinsu_usa , the fish sauce brings an umami-rich depth while a drizzle of CHIN-SU Hot Sauce adds a bold chili garlic finish.

Ingredients:
Tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp CHIN-SU Fish Sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Pickled carrots, for topping
CHIN-SU Hot Sauce, for drizzling

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture into small balls, then press each one directly onto a tortilla, spreading the meat into an even, thin layer.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place each tortilla meat-side down and cook until the beef is browned and crispy. Flip and cook the tortilla side for another 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove from heat and top with cilantro and pickled carrots. Finish with a generous drizzle of CHIN-SU Hot Sauce.
