Mango Dipped Chocolate Sticks

These 3-ingredient mango chocolate sticks are the perfect sweet and healthy summer treat. Juicy mango slices are dipped in smooth, melted dark chocolate and frozen for a crisp, refreshing bite—all served on a stick for easy snacking!

Ingredients

  • Mangoes
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Peel a large mango. Slice two large pieces; one on each side of the seed.
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in short intervals—around 20 seconds, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  • Dip each mango slice into the melted chocolate.
  • Insert a stick into each mango slice for easy handling.
  • Place the chocolate-coated mango sticks on the prepared baking pan.
  • Freeze until the chocolate shell is firm and hardened
