Peel a large mango. Slice two large pieces; one on each side of the seed.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in short intervals—around 20 seconds, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Dip each mango slice into the melted chocolate.
Insert a stick into each mango slice for easy handling.
Place the chocolate-coated mango sticks on the prepared baking pan.
Freeze until the chocolate shell is firm and hardened
