When I saw the macros on these chicken burgers, I knew I had to give them a shot. With no preservatives and impressive protein content, they seemed like the perfect quick meal for busy days. The flavor combo of caramelized onions and aged white cheddar sounded delicious. Let’s see how these high-protein Costco Amylu chicken burgers stack up!

Costco Amylu Chicken Burgers Overview
The Amylu chicken burgers come in a box with 8 patties and cost around $15–$17. They are vacuum-sealed in two separate packages, with four patties in each.

Rating
These have quickly become one of my favorite quick, easy, and healthy protein options from Costco. I pan-fried the patty, which gave the edges a nice sear while keeping the inside soft. I served it with lettuce, burger buns, and homemade tartar sauce, and it was delicious. The patty texture is a bit rubbery, so adding crisp lettuce provides a nice contrast. There were bits of onion throughout the patty, which added great flavor. I also love how the chicken was raised without antibiotics, it has no nitrites/nitrates added, and it is gluten-free. I would definitely recommend this product.
