Chinese Herbal Tea for Period Cramps Ingredients
- 1 whole apple, sliced
- 5-6 slices fresh ginger
- 8 Dried Jujubes (red dates)
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 5 cups water
- Honey (to taste)
I bought the jujubes and goji berries at my local Asian market but you can also purchase it online.
Instructions
Rinse the jujubes and goji berries, then soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove any impurities.

Add the water, apple slices, ginger slices, jujubes, and goji berries in a pot.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

- 8 dried jujubes red dates
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 5 cups water
- Honey to taste
