Chinese Herbal Tea for Period

Natural drink to help with your period

Ingredients

  • 1 whole apple sliced
  • 5 –6 slices fresh ginger
  • 8 dried jujubes red dates
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 5 cups water
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse the jujubes and goji berries, then soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove any impurities.
  • In a pot, add the water, apple slices, ginger, and jujubes, and goji berries.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Sweeten with honey to taste.
