Costco Laguna Cove Shrimp Burger Rating and Review
I found this to be such a convenient meal with amazing macros. I love that it is made of around 94% shrimp. It tastes light and doesn’t have a strong seafood smell. It is not a complete purée — it has chunks to it, giving it a great bouncy texture. The seasoning isn’t very strong, so I like to spice mine up with a homemade tartar sauce. When pan-seared, it gets a nice crisp while staying juicy on the inside. I would definitely get the shrimp burgers again.
