Amylu is one of those brands I keep coming back to — and for good reason. They have built a reputation on real, clean ingredients with no added nitrites or nitrates, and that commitment shows up in every product. I’ve already been won over by their chicken sausages and chicken patties, so when I spotted a Chili Verde Meatball on the shelf, picking it up was a no-brainer. Clean ingredients, solid macros, and enough flavor to make it a genuinely satisfying meal. Pair the Amylu chili verde chicken meatballs Costco with a bowl of rice, and you’ve got a quick, wholesome dinner that doesn’t feel like a compromise.

Rating and Review
Out of every Amlyu product I’ve tried, this one takes the top spot. There is a subtle kick hiding in here, courtesy of poblano and jalapeño peppers, along with a gentle smokiness that lingers in the aftertaste. The texture was bouncy with a bit of softness, with just enough juiciness to keep every bite satisfying. I served mine over a bowl of rice and it was a good filling meal. I pan-fried the meatballs, and the meatballs came out with a nice crust.
