These protein-packed donut holes are soft, fluffy, and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp sugar substitute
• 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (start with 1/2 cup, then add more if the dough feels too dry, as different protein powders absorb moisture differently)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Rice noodles
Lime wedges

Broth:
1 shallot, minced
