Healthy Big Mac Bowl Recipe Instructions
Cut the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, paprika, salt, and onion powder until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer and bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and onion powder. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, and onion powder until smooth.

Add crispy potatoes to each bowl. Add the cooked ground beef, chopped lettuce, and tomatoes. Drizzle generously with Big Mac sauce.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Optional: Add strips of American cheese for extra Big Mac flavor.
Enjoy!
