What a full-circle moment! I made a @nekoyubu_atx video in Dallas about a year ago, and now they’ve opened a location in Austin!

If you haven’t tried Neko Yubu, they specialize in inari and have 8 different flavors to choose from. They also have a drink menu with options like matcha, so you can grab a drink to go.

Definitely excited to have them in Austin!

* 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

* ¼ cup soy sauce
* 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
* Chili flakes, to taste
* ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
* 4 cloves garlic, minced

Rice noodles
Lime wedges

Broth:
1 shallot, minced

5 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp ketchup
¼ cup dried shrimp
2 cups warm water (for soaking dried shrimp)
6 cups water
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp shrimp paste (optional)
1 tbsp chicken powder
2 tsp sugar or rock sugar

Riêu (Crab, Shrimp & Pork Mixture):
½ lb ground pork
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 can minced crab meat, drained well
1 can minced crab in spices
2 large eggs
