I am obsessed with Costco’s latest cookie releases. Not long ago, they dropped the Crispy Marshmallow Cookies, and now they followed up with S’mores Cookies. It is a soft cookie with graham cracker pieces, gooey marshmallows, and chocolate chips. It is basically a campfire treat in bakery form. See if these Costco Signature S’mores Cookies are worth the hype.

Costco Signature S’mores Cookies Rating and Review
These Costco Signature S’mores Cookies are definitely on the sweeter side. Each cookie has the perfect combination of crispy edges and a chewy center. I did find that there were fewer chocolate chips than expected, so not every bite had a pocket of chocolate.
I found that microwaving the cookie for about 10 seconds made it even better because the marshmallows became warm and gooey. Overall, I really enjoyed these cookies and would definitely recommend picking up a pack!
