Air Fry the Hashbrowns Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.. Air fry the hashbrowns for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
While the hashbrowns cook, heat a drizzle of chili oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Crack in the eggs and cook sunny side eggs.
Once the hashbrowns are done, place them on a plate. Spoon avocado directly onto each hashbrown and mash it gently with the back of the fork. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Top with Eggs
Carefully place the chili oil-fried eggs on top of the mashed avocado layer.
