10 Minute Peanut Noodles

Ingredients

  • For the Peanut Sauce
  • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste or extra peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • 3 –5 tbsp warm water as needed to thin
  • For the Noodles
  • 2 servings of noodles
  • Green onions sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds optional, for topping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add all the peanut sauce ingredients.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Whisk until smooth and creamy, adding warm water a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  • Add the cooked noodles into the bowl with the sauce.
  • Toss well until the noodles are evenly coated.
  • Plate and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
