Snickers Overnight Oats Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup milk (any kind)
- honey, adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp PBfit or peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- Date paste (blend dates with a splash of water until smooth)
- Dark chocolate chips
- Coconut oil or butter (for melting chocolate)
- Peanuts
- Flaky salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, PBfit or peanut butter, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.

Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight.

Once the oats are set, spread a layer of date paste over the top.

Melt dark chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil or butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short increments like 10 seconds, stirring in between, until fully melted.
