In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, PBfit or peanut butter, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight.
Once the oats are set, spread a layer of date paste over the top.
Melt dark chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil or butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short increments like 10 seconds, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the date paste layer.
Sprinkle peanuts and a pinch of flaky salt on top.
Chill in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, or pop it in the freezer for a few minutes to speed things up.
Enjoy whenever you’re ready for overnight oats.
