Snickers Overnight Oats

A candy-bar inspired overnight oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup milk any kind
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp PBfit or peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • Date paste blend dates with a splash of water until smooth
  • Dark chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil or butter for melting chocolate
  • Peanuts
  • Flaky salt
  • Honey, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, milk, cocoa powder, PBfit or peanut butter, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight.
  • Once the oats are set, spread a layer of date paste over the top.
  • Melt dark chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil or butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short increments like 10 seconds, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the date paste layer.
  • Sprinkle peanuts and a pinch of flaky salt on top.
  • Chill in the fridge until the chocolate hardens, or pop it in the freezer for a few minutes to speed things up.
  • Enjoy whenever you’re ready for overnight oats.
