Roasted Garlic Bread Instructions
Slice off the top of each garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
Place on a sheet of foil, drizzle generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.

Wrap the foil tightly and air fry at 375°F for 20–30 minutes, until the cloves are soft and golden.

Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic powder, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Squeeze the roasted garlic out of the bulbs.

Mix until smooth and well combined.
Slice the bread in half lengthwise.

Spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves.

Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.

Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
