Roasted Garlic Bread

This roasted garlic bread is golden, buttery, and packed with rich, caramelized garlic flavor. Perfect as a side or snack, it’s easy to make and irresistible for garlic lovers!

Ingredients

  • * 2 garlic bulbs
  • * ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • * ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • * Salt to taste
  • * 1 loaf French or Italian bread
  • * Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • * Olive oil

Instructions

  • * Slice off the top of each garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
  • * Place on a sheet of foil, drizzle generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
  • * Wrap the foil tightly and air fry at 375°F for 20–30 minutes, until the cloves are soft and golden.
  • * Let cool slightly.
  • * In a bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic powder, parsley, and a pinch of salt. Squeeze the roasted garlic out of the bulbs.
  • * Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • * Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
  • * Spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves.
  • * Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
  • * Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • * For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
  • * Slice and enjoy warm — perfect as a side or snack!
