What is Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert, and its name means ‘pick me up,’ likely referring to the caffeine from the espresso. The true creator of tiramisu remains unknown, but it is a popular dessert in Italy. It’s made with ladyfingers or cookies dipped in espresso and features main ingredients like eggs, mascarpone, sugar, and cocoa powder. This dessert is soft and creamy from the soaked cookies and mascarpone.
Thai Tea Ingredients
1 cup Thai tea
40g sugar
1 container mascarpone cheese
200g heavy whipping cream
Ladyfingers: The number of ladyfingers in this recipe depends on your container size. I used half of a package for mine.
Optional toppings: shredded coconut
Thai Tea Tiramisu Instructions
Prepare 1 cup of Thai tea according to the package instructions.
Pour the Thai tea into a shallow dish or container for easy dipping. Stir in the condensed milk to taste.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, mascarpone, and heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the Thai tea mixture, then layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
Spread a layer of the whipped mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat the layers with more dipped ladyfingers, followed by another layer of whipped cream.
Finish with a final layer of the whipped cream mixture.
Optional: Top with shredded coconut or your favorite toppings.
Note: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving for the best flavor and texture.
