No Egg Thai Tea Tiramisu

A twist on the Italian Classic Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thai tea
  • Condensed milk to taste
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 container mascarpone cheese
  • 200 g heavy whipping cream
  • Ladyfingers
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Prepare 1 cup of Thai tea according to the package instructions.
  • Pour the Thai tea into a shallow dish or container for easy dipping. Stir in the condensed milk to taste.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, mascarpone, and heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the Thai tea mixture, then layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
  • Spread a layer of the whipped mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat the layers with more dipped ladyfingers, followed by another layer of whipped cream.
  • Finish with a final layer of the whipped cream mixture.
  • Optional: Top with shredded coconut or your favorite toppings.

Notes

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving for the best flavor and texture.
