Honey Butter Toast Ingredients
- 50g butter, softened. You need it softened so it combines with the brown sugar and honey smoothly.
- 20g brown sugar. You can also use regular sugar but brown sugar gives it a deeper caramelized flavor.
- 20g honey
- Japanese milk bread or texas toast if not available
This recipe makes 2 slices of honey butter toast.
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine softened butter, honey, and brown sugar until well blended.
Generously spread the mixture over both sides of the bread slices.
Place the coated bread slices on a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and caramelized.
