- 50 g butter softened
- 20 g brown sugar
- 20 g honey
- Japanese milk bread
In a bowl, combine softened butter, honey, and brown sugar until well blended.
Generously spread the mixture over both sides of the bread slices.
Place the coated bread slices on a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and caramelized.
Serve the honey butter toast warm, optionally topped with a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of caramel.
