- 1g ceremonial grade matcha (about ½ teaspoon)
- 2 ounces hot water
- 6-8 ounces milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ½ to 1 tablespoon Earl Grey syrup
- Ice
Instructions
Sift the matcha into a bowl to prevent clumps.
Add hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is smooth and frothy.
In a glass, add ice.
