Ingredients

ceremonial grade matcha
about ½ teaspoon
2
ounces
hot water
6-8
ounces
milk
dairy or non-dairy
½ to 1
tablespoon
Earl Grey syrup
Ice
Instructions
Sift the matcha into a bowl to prevent clumps.
Add hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is smooth and frothy.
In a glass, add ice.
Pour in the Earl Grey syrup followed by the milk.
Add in your matcha
Stir and enjoy!
