Earl Grey Matcha

Ingredients

  • 1 g ceremonial grade matcha about ½ teaspoon
  • 2 ounces hot water
  • 6-8 ounces milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ to 1 tablespoon Earl Grey syrup
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Sift the matcha into a bowl to prevent clumps.
  • Add hot water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the matcha is smooth and frothy.
  • In a glass, add ice.
  • Pour in the Earl Grey syrup followed by the milk.
  • Add in your matcha
  • Stir and enjoy!
