Creamy Spinach Dip Ingredients
- 10 oz spinach: Remember it shrinks a lot when it cooks.
- 1 block cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping).
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, adjust to taste
- 2 tsp garlic powder, adjust to taste
- 2 tsp onion powder, adjust to taste

Instructions
Blanch the spinach. Place spinach in hot water until it’s fully cooked.

Transfer spinach to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking. Drain well.
Finely chop the spinach

then combine it with cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix until well combined.


Spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe dish.
