- ¼ cup sugar
- 3–4 tbsp water
Matcha Ingredients:
- 3g matcha powder
- 2 oz water (about 160°F / 70°C)
- Milk of your choice
- Ice

Best Iced Strawberry Matcha Instructions
In a pan, combine the chopped strawberries, sugar, and water.

Cook over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down.

Strain the mixture into a clean jar and let it cool completely.

Sift the matcha into a bowl.

Add around 2 ounces of water and whisk into a smooth paste.

Gradually add the remaining water and whisk until frothy.

In a glass, pour 2 tbsp of strawberry syrup.

Add ice and milk.

Pour in the prepared matcha.

Stir gently and enjoy!
