- 4 slices white sandwich bread (crusts trimmed), you can use milk bread or texas toast
- ½ lb shrimp (8–10 jumbo), peeled & deveined
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ egg white
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp MSG (optional)
- 1½ tsp cornstarch
- Oil spray
- Sweet chili sauce (for serving)

Air Fryer Shrimp Toast Instructions
- In a blender, combine shrimp, green onion, soy sauce, garlic, egg white, sesame oil, salt, MSG, and cornstarch. Pulse until a coarse paste forms. (Alternatively, finely chop the shrimp and mix with the seasonings by hand.)

- Spread half of the shrimp mixture evenly over one slice of bread. Place another slice of bread on top, pressing gently to seal. Repeat with the remaining filling and bread.


- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Place the shrimp toasts inside and spray the tops with more oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp filling is fully cooked and the bread is golden.

- Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or spicy mayo for dipping.
