Tomato Burrata Pasta Tips
- Use fresh, sweet tomatoes for the best results. The tomatoes will give the sauce a natural sweetness.
- Don’t overcook the tomatoes. You want them to be soft enough to release their juices, but not so soft that they become completely mushy.
- Eat this pasta with fresh burrata
Storage Tips:
Let the pasta cool down to room temperature. Store the pasta with the sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Separate this from the burrata.
