- Thinly sliced beef: I used shabu shabu meat from Costco.
- Enoki mushrooms
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chicken powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Cooking oil
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Wrap enoki mushrooms with thinly sliced beef.

Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar, chicken powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and set aside.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil, then sauté sliced onions until soft.

Place beef-wrapped enoki mushrooms on top of the onions.

Pour in the sauce, cover, and let cook for about 3 minutes.
Remove the lid, then pour in the egg mixture.

Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
