Enoki Beef Rolls

Delicious high protein meal.

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced beef
  • Enoki mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp chicken powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  • Wrap enoki mushrooms with thinly sliced beef.
  • Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar, chicken powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and set aside.
  • Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil, then sauté sliced onions until soft.
  • Place beef-wrapped enoki mushrooms on top of the onions.
  • Pour in the sauce, cover, and let cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Remove the lid, then pour in the egg mixture.
  • Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
  • Serve & enjoy!
