How to Store Medjool Dates
Store Medjool dates in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot away from sunlight. They will stay fresh for up to 1 month.
For longer storage, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
To extend their shelf life further, freeze them in an airtight bag or container for up to 1 year.

- Medjool Dates (pitted) – I used 12
- PB Fit or Peanut Butter – I used 1/2 cup pb fit
- Dark Chocolate Chips – I used 1/3 cup
- Sea Salt (flaky)
- Crushed Peanuts
- Butter or Coconut Oil (for melting chocolate)
Snickers Dates Instructions
If your Medjool dates have pits, remove them. Place the dates on a parchment-lined tray and gently smash them with a cup.

Spread a layer of peanut butter or PB Fit on top of the smashed dates.

In a bowl, add dark chocolate chips and a small piece of butter or coconut oil. Microwave in short increments, stirring in between, until fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.

Sprinkle flaky sea salt and crushed peanuts on top.

Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.

Once set, take them out and indulge in your delicious, guilt-free treat!
