Viral Tiktok Breakfast Wrap

A protein-packed tortilla wrap layered with avocado, scrambled eggs, creamy Greek yogurt sauce, tomato, and crispy bacon—folded into quadrants and pan-fried until golden and toasty.

Ingredients

  • * Large Tortilla
  • * Avocado
  • * Scrambled eggs
  • * Tomato
  • * Sauce: plain Greek yogurt lemon juice, and onion powder
  • * Bacon

Instructions

  • Cook scrambled eggs and set aside. Air fry the bacon (or cook using your preferred method).
  • Make the sauce by mixing plain Greek yogurt, onion powder, and lemon juice. This is what I used, but you can swap it for any sauce of your choice.
  • Cut a slit from the edge of the tortilla to the center.
  • In the first quadrant, add avocado slices and mash with a fork.
  • In the second quadrant, add scrambled eggs.
  • In the third quadrant, spread the sauce and top with sliced tomato.
  • In the last quadrant, add bacon slices (cut them if needed so they fit).
  • Fold the first quadrant over the second, then over the third, and finally over the fourth.
  • Pick it up and pan-fry until the bottom is toasted. Flip and repeat on the other side.
