Juicy marinated beef served over flavorful tomato rice, with an optional fresh lettuce and tomato side. The beef is marinated in garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar, then seared to perfection. The rice is cooked with tomato paste, butter, and chicken bouillon for a savory, comforting base.

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar or honey

  • Tomatoes optional
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
