Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 can ube condensed milk
  • 1 tsp ube extract

Instructions

  • Start by adding heavy whipping cream to a mixing bowl. Whisk until stiff peaks form.
  • Next, add half a can of ube condensed milk and whisk until fully incorporated. Then, mix in ube extract, whisking until the color are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and cover it tightly. Freeze for at least 8 hours or until firm.
  • When ready to serve, take the container out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop, serve, and enjoy your creamy homemade ube ice cream!
