Thai Tea Hong Kong French Toast

A twist on the Hong Kong classic

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter
  • Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Thai Tea
  • Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Spread a generous layer of peanut butter evenly onto three slices of bread.
  • Sandwich the bread slices together and cut off the crust.
  • In a bowl, whisk egg, Thai tea, and add in vanilla extract.
  • Dip the peanut butter-filled bread in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.into
  • Prepare the air fryer by spraying it with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Air fry the French toast for a crisp texture, setting the temperature to 350°F and cooking for 10 minutes. Remember to flip halfway for an even golden brown finish.
  • Top your French toast with a drizzle of condensed milk.
