Summer Fruit Salad

Refreshing and healthy dessert, perfect for hot days

Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Peaches
  • Chopped mint leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Chop all the fruits into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl.
  • Add the chopped mint leaves to the fruit.
  • Pour the lemon juice over the fruit.
  • Drizzle with honey.
  • Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.
