Small Batch Fresh Blueberry Jam

A small batch recipe fo blueberry jam.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, mix the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook until the blueberries soften and the mixture thickens, about 25 minutes.
  • Allow the jam to cool to room temperature.
  • Transfer to a clean container for short-term storage, or to a sterilized canning jar for long-term storage.
