Protein Puppy Chow

High protein version of the classic puppy chow snack

Ingredients

  • * 7 rice cakes
  • * 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • * 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • * 2 tbsp PBfit
  • * 1 tbsp butter
  • * 1/2 to 1 scoop Isopure protein powder
  • * Swerve sweetener

Instructions

  • Break the rice cakes into smaller pieces and set aside in a bowl.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
  • Microwave in short increments until fully melted, stirring in between.
  • Remove from the microwave and immediately add PBfit, swirling until fully incorporated.
  • Place the rice cake pieces in a zip-top bag.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the rice cakes and shake or toss the bag until all pieces are evenly coated.
  • Add protein powder and Swerve sweetener as a final coating, shaking to combine.
