Protein Dunkaroo Dip

A healthy and high-protein version of a nostalgic childhood snack

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop or ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 –2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • Rainbow sprinkles plus extra for topping
  • Graham crackers for dipping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the pudding mix, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix thoroughly until well combined and creamy.
  • Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, then top with additional sprinkles for that classic Dunkaroo look.
  • Serve with graham crackers or your favorite dippers.
