In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, green onions, Thai chili peppers, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, toasted sesame seeds, and gochugaru. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
Drain the tofu and gently slice it into thick, bite-sized pieces. Be careful when handling the tofu, as soft and silken tofu can break easily.
Arrange the sliced tofu in a container or shallow dish. Pour the sauce evenly over the tofu, making sure the pieces are well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours to allow the tofu to absorb the flavors. For even more flavor, let it marinate overnight.
Serve chilled or at room temperature alongside warm rice. Spoon some of the flavorful sauce and toppings over the tofu before serving.
