Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread

A sweet and savory twist on garlic bread! These Korean-style cream cheese buns use simple burger buns, filled with creamy filling and coated in rich garlic butter—crispy outside, creamy inside, and baked to golden perfection.
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 burger buns
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp condensed milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • Chopped parsley fresh or dried

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, condensed milk, a pinch of salt, egg, and parsley.
  • Slice each bun into six wedges, but do not cut all the way through—keep the base intact.
  • Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a Ziploc bag and snip off a corner. Pipe the filling between each wedge of the buns.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture all over the buns, making sure to get between the cuts.
  • Place on a baking tray and bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
