Ingredients

  • 1 can corn can be frozen
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3-4 tbsp kewpie mayo
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Mozzarella

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine corn, mayo, and sugar.
  • In a pan, melt the butter.
  • Add the corn mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the corn mixture. 
  • Cover the pan with a lid and let the cheese melt to perfection.
  • Serve and enjoy!
