Homemade Mango Salsa

Perfect salsa to add to your rice bowls for extra flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • 1 ripe avocado diced
  • 1 Roma tomato deseeded and diced
  • ¼ red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño diced (optional for heat)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Dice all the ingredients: mango, avocado, deseeded tomato, red onion, and jalapeño. Chop the cilantro and cut lime wedges.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Season with salt and squeeze in lime juice, adjusting to taste.
  • Enjoy!
