Homemade Mango Salsa
Perfect salsa to add to your rice bowls for extra flavor.

Ingredients

ripe mango
diced

ripe avocado
diced

Roma tomato
deseeded and diced
¼
red onion
finely chopped
1
jalapeño
diced (optional for heat)
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro
to taste
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Dice all the ingredients: mango, avocado, deseeded tomato, red onion, and jalapeño. Chop the cilantro and cut lime wedges.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Season with salt and squeeze in lime juice, adjusting to taste.
