High protein version of a classic dessert

Ingredients

  • Kodiak Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • Fairlife Strawberry Core Power
  • Triple Zero Strawberry Oikos
  • Two Eggs

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth.
  • Spray the muffin pan with oil. Evenly divide the batter into 12 muffin cups.
