Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt start with ½ cup and add more as needed since different protein powders absorb moisture differently

  • Divide the dough into small portions and roll each piece into a ball.
  • Place the donut holes on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Dip in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
