Macro Friendly Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients

  • Lean Ground Beef
  • @costco Frozen Fries
  • 1 whole onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • @betterthanbouillon Beef base
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fat-free shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Air fry the frozen fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  • Dice a whole onion and sauté it in a pan until translucent.
  • Add lean ground beef and season generously to taste.
  • Stir in 2 tbsp of tomato paste and cook for a minute to enhance the flavor.
  • Pour in 1/3 cup of concentrated beef stock and let it simmer until the beef is well-coated and flavorful.
  • Plate a layer of crispy fries.
  • Top with the seasoned ground beef.
  • Sprinkle with fat-free shredded cheese.
  • Add a dollop of plain Greek yogurt for creaminess.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped green onions.
