Healthy Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Golden and perfectly seasoned, these air fryer potato wedges are an easy snack or side dish. Soaked in an ice bath for extra crispiness and tossed with garlic, paprika, and a touch of cayenne, they are perfect for any meal!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes sliced into wedges
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for a kick
  • 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley or dried parsley

Instructions

  • Peel (optional) and cut potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
  • Place wedges in an ice bath for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  • Drain and pat the wedges completely dry with a clean towel.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the wedges and toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper; toss evenly.
  • Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parmesan and serve immediately.
