Ground Beef Cottage Cheese Bowl

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Lean ground beef
  • Taco seasoning adjust to taste
  • Avocado
  • Hot honey

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into chunks. Add them to the air fryer, spray with olive oil, and air fry at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally. Add taco seasoning and cook until fully done.
  • Add the cooked ground beef, several scoops of cottage cheese, sweet potatoes, and sliced avocado on a plate.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the entire plate.
