These easy caramelized sweet potatoes are roasted until perfectly tender with golden, crispy edges. Tossed in olive oil and simple spices, they’re a flavorful, fuss-free side dish that pairs well with any meal.

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise.
  • Drizzle generously with olive oil, making sure each piece is well coated.
  • Season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika (or your preferred spices).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the sweet potatoes cut-side down.
  • Roast for about 45–60 minutes, or until the bottoms are deeply caramelized and the inside is tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
