Dragonfruit Sago Dessert

A refreshing dragonfruit sago dessert made with chewy tapioca pearls, sweet dragonfruit, creamy milk, and coconut for a light, tropical treat. Served chilled, it’s perfect for hot days and easy to make ahead for a simple, colorful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white-fleshed dragon fruit diced
  • 1 cup red-fleshed dragon fruit diced
  • 1 cup nata de coco
  • 1/2 cup reserved nata de coco syrup
  • 1 cup milk or evaporated milk
  • Condensed milk to taste
  • Ice
  • Cooked sago pearls

Instructions

  • Cook the sago pearls according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and let cool completely.
  • Cut the red and white dragon fruit into small cubes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked sago, diced dragon fruit, nata de coco, and reserved nata de coco syrup.
  • Pour in the milk and add condensed milk to your desired sweetness. Stir until well combined.
  • Add ice and serve chilled.
